Provision of the website and log files
Each time the website is accessed, the system automatically collects device data such as browser type, operating system, hostname, IP address, date and time of access, pages and resources accessed, referrer, and amount of data transferred.
Retention: Data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required, at the latest 3 months after access.
Website functions
We process personal data within the following functions exclusively for the stated purposes and on the basis of the applicable legal grounds (Art. 6 GDPR; Art. 31 FADP).
- Contact forms: Processing specific contact requests. Data is deleted immediately after processing.
- Newsletter: Sent based on your consent (double opt-in). Stored until you unsubscribe.
- Appointment booking: Pre-contractual information exchange. Stored up to 12 months after the appointment.
- Application form: Processing your application. Deleted after 6 months if no employment relationship arises.
- Login / registration: Management of your user account. Stored as long as your account exists.

We use the following services to deliver and analyse our website:
- Google Analytics - Website usage analysis with IP anonymisation enabled. Legal basis: consent.
- Google Tag Manager - Technical platform for web services and tracking. IP anonymisation enabled.
- Google Cloud APIs - Delivery of Google Fonts and Google Maps. Data transferred to the US (DPF-certified).
- OpenStreetMap - Map service for navigation and office locations. EU servers.
- JSDelivr - Content delivery network. Legal basis: legitimate interest. EU servers.
